Lösungsmittel aus halogenierten Kohlenwasserstoffen sind überall anzutreffende toxische Verbindungen. Das Verfahren ist auf alle essbaren Fette und Öle zur Bestimmung dieser Verbindungen im Bereich von 0,01 mg/kg bis 0,2 mg/kg anwendbar.
