Dieses Dokument legt ein qualitatives und quantitatives Verfahren zur Bestimmung der Zusammensetzung von Tierhaarfasermischungen (aus Wolle, Kaschmir, Yak, Alpaka, Kamel oder Angora) mittels LC-MS ohne Proteinreduktion fest. Das Verfahren beruht auf einer Vorabidentifizierung, mittels Lichtmikroskopie, aller Fasern in der Mischung auf der Grundlage ihrer Morphologie nach ISO/TR 11827. Es ist nicht anzuwenden, wenn Fasern von der gleichen Tierart vorliegen (wie zum Beispiel Mischungen aus Kaschmir und Mohair).
