Dieses Dokument legt ein gravimetrisches Verfahren zur Bestimmung der Masse je Flächeneinheit (flächenbezogene Masse) anodisch erzeugter Oxidschichten auf Aluminium und Aluminiumlegierungen fest. Das Verfahren ist auf alle Oxidschichten anwendbar, die durch anodische Oxidation von Aluminium, Aluminium-Guss- und -Knetlegierungen erzeugt werden. Es ist für die meisten Aluminiumlegierungen geeignet, ausgenommen für Legierungen mit einem Massenanteil an Kupfer über 6 %.
