Der vorliegende Teil von ISO 22007 legt ein Temperaturwellen-Analysenverfahren für die Bestimmung der Temperaturleitfähigkeit dünner Kunststofffolien oder -platten in der Dickenrichtung fest. Das Verfahren kann auf Kunststoffe im festen oder geschmolzenen Zustand angewendet werden, die entweder eine isotrope oder orthotrope Struktur aufweisen. Die Messungen können an der Luft oder in einer anderen Atmosphäre, wie z. B. einem inerten Gas, bei Luftdruck, einem verminderten oder erhöhten Druck oder unter Vakuum bei verschiedensten Temperaturen durchgeführt werden.
