Dieses Dokument legt die Anforderungen an die Überprüfung der Leistung und des Energieverbrauchs von Schnellkühlkabinen für den gewerblichen Gebrauch in Großküchen, Krankenhäusern, Kantinen, Catering-Anwendungen und ähnlichen professionellen Bereichen fest. Die in diesem Dokument behandelten Geräte dienen der schnellen Kühlung von heißen Lebensmittel-erzeugnissen bei einer Beladungskapazität von bis zu 300 kg. Dieses Dokument ist anwendbar für: - Schnellkühler; - Schockfroster; - Multifunktionsschnellkühler/-schockfroster. Die folgenden Geräte sind nicht abgedeckt: - Kühllagerschränke für Rollbehälter; - Durchreichemöbel; - Möbel mit getrennt aufgestelltem Verflüssigungssatz; - Möbel mit wassergekühltem Verflüssiger; - Schnellkühl- und Schockfrosttunnel; - Equipment für kontinuierliches Schnellkühlen und Schockfrosten; - Kombi-Gefrier- und -Lagergeräte für Bäckereien.
