Diese Internationale Norm legt Verfahren zum Bestimmen der umgebungsbedingten Spannungsrissbildung (ESC) von thermoplastischen Kunststoffen fest, während diese einer konstanten Zugkraft in Gegenwart von chemischen Wirkstoffen ausgesetzt sind. Die Norm gilt für Probekörper, die durch Formgebung und/oder mechanisches Bearbeiten hergestellt sind, und kann sowohl zum Beurteilen der ESC von in verschiedenen Medien beanspruchten Kunststoffmaterialien als auch für die Bestimmung der ESC von verschiedenen, einem bestimmten Medium ausgesetzten Kunststoffmaterialien angewendet werden. ANMERKUNG Verfahren zur Bestimmung der umgebungsbedingten Spannungsrissbildung unter konstanter Dehnung (Zeitstandversuch) sind in ISO 22088-3, ISO 22088-4 und ISO 22088-5 festgelegt.
