Dieses Dokument legt Verfahren für die chemische Analyse von Zirconiumoxidpulvern fest, die als Rohmaterial für Feinkeramik verwendet werden. Es legt die Verfahren zur Bestimmung der Gehalte von Zirconium, Aluminium, Barium, Calcium, Cer, Kobalt, Gadolinium, Hafnium, Eisen, Magnesium, Kalium, Silicium, Natrium, Strontium, Titan und Yttrium in Zirconiumoxidpulvern für Feinkeramik fest. Die Probe wird durch Säuredruckaufschluss oder Schmelzaufschluss in Lösung gebracht. Die Gehalte von Zirconium und Yttrium werden entweder mittels Fällung und gravimetrischem Verfahren oder mittels optischer Emissionsspektrometrie mit induktiv gekoppeltem Plasma (ICP-OES) bestimmt. Die Gehalte von Aluminium, Barium, Calcium, Cer, Kobalt, Gadolinium, Hafnium, Eisen, Magnesium, Kalium, Silicium, Natrium, Strontium und Titan werden mittels ICP-OES-Verfahren bestimmt.
