Dieses Dokument legt zwei Prüfverfahren, A und B, zur Bestimmung des Trennwiderstands zwischen den Lagen, d. h. zwischen den Deckplatten und der Karkasse von Fördergurten, fest. Die wesentlichen Bedingungen der Prüfung entsprechen ISO 36. Es ist auf alle Arten von Fördergurten anwendbar, mit Ausnahme von Gurten mit Stahlseileinlagen und von Gurten mit Textileinlage, deren Nennbruchkraft weniger als 160 N/mm beträgt. Es ist nicht geeignet oder anwendbar für leichte Fördergurte nach ISO 21183-1.
