Dieses Dokument legt ein Verfahren zur Herstellung einer gemahlenen Probe von Gewu¨rzen oder wu¨rzenden Zutaten zur Analyse aus einer nach dem in ISO 948 festgelegten Verfahren erhaltenen Laborprobe fest. Dieses Dokument ist anwendbar auf die Mehrzahl von Gewu¨rzen und wu¨rzenden Zutaten. Angesichts der großen Anzahl und Vielfalt von Gewu¨rzen und wu¨rzenden Zutaten kann es in bestimmten Sonderfa¨llen, zum Beispiel bei betra¨chtlicher Ha¨rte oder hohem Feuchtegehalt, hohem Gehalt an a¨therischen Ölen oder Fetten, jedoch erforderlich sein, eine modifizierte Verfahrensweise anzuwenden oder ein anderes, besser geeignetes Verfahren zu wa¨hlen. Jede derartige modifizierte Verfahrensweise oder jedes derartige alternative Verfahren wird in der Internationalen Norm angegeben, die fu¨r das betreffende Gewu¨rz oder die betreffende wu¨rzende Zutat anwendbar ist.
