Die Prüfung ist anwendbar unabhängig von Konstruktion und Werkstoff des Formstückes, das zum Verbinden von Kunststoffrohren verwendet wird. Dieses Prüfverfahren ist nicht für Schmelzschweißverbindungen anwendbar.
