Diese ÖNORM beschreibt ein Verfahren zur Bestimmung des Gesamtfettgehaltes von nativer oder modifizierter Stärke, die einen Gesamtfettgehalt unter 1,5 % aufweist. Der Gesamtfettgehalt wird nach einem Salzsäureaufschluß durch Extraktion des Rückstandes mit zB Hexan oder Petrolether bestimmt.
