Dieser Teil der ISO 4404 legt ein Verfahren zur Bestimmung der korrosionshemmenden Eigenschaften von nicht-wässrigen Hydraulikflüssigkeiten der Klasse HFD, die in ISO 6743-4 klassifiziert sind, fest. Das Prüfverfahren ermöglicht die qualitative Beurteilung der Korrosion für die fünf am häufigsten in der Konstruktion von Hydraulikanlagen eingesetzten Metalle. Für spezielle Anlagenkonstruktionen können jedoch auch andere Metalle und/oder Legierungen ergänzt oder substituiert werden. ANMERKUNG Die Bestimmung der Korrosionsschutzeigenschaften von wässrigen Hydraulikflüssigkeiten der Klassen HFA, HFB und HFC werden in ISO 4404-1 beschrieben.
