Diese Norm legt zwei Verfahren zur visuellen Beurteilung des Einflusses der Warmlagerung von Spritzguss-Formstücken aus Thermoplasten fest: Verfahren A: unter Verwendung eines Wärmeschranks mit Durchlüftung und Verfahren B: unter Verwendung eines Flüssigkeitsbades. Sie ist anwendbar auf Formstücke für Druckrohrleitungen und drucklose Rohrleitungen. Sie gilt sowohl für Formstücke mit geklebten Verbindungen als auch für Formstücke mit Flanschen oder Formstücke mit Elastomer-Dichtringen sowie für Formstücke, die aus mehreren Spritzguss-Teilen zusammengesetzt werden (zB Rohrverschraubungen).
