Diese Internationale Norm legt die maximal zulässigen Unwuchten für verschiedene Formen von Schleif-scheiben aus gebundenem Schleifmittel mit einem Außendurchmesser von D größer gleich 125 mm und einer Arbeitshöchstgeschwindigkeit vs größer gleich 16 m/s im Lieferzustand fest. Darüber hinaus werden geeignete Verfahren zur Messung der Unwucht sowie zur Abnahmeprüfung der Schleifscheibe festgelegt. Diese Internationale Norm ist anwendbar für Schleifscheiben aus gebundenem Schleifmittel im Lieferzustand. Diese Internationale Norm gilt nicht für - Schleifscheiben mit Diamant, kubischem Bornitrid oder Naturstein oder - Regelscheiben beim spitzenlosen Schleifen, Läpp-Scheiben und Schleifscheiben mit Tragscheiben sowie Schleifscheiben zum Schleifen von Kugeln oder Glas.
