Dieses Dokument legt Maße und Sicherheitsanforderungen für handbetätigte und kraftbetriebene Spannvorrichtungen fest, die für die Zusammenstellung von Fahrzeugen der Binnenschifffahrt als Schubverband oder als längsseits gekuppelte Fahrzeuge mittels Seilverbindung verwendet werden.
