Festgelegt sind die Eigenschaften für flache Scheiben, große Reihe, Produktklasse C, mit der Härteklasse 100 HV. Die Festlegungen gelten für Nenngrößen (Gewinde-Nenndurchmesser) von 3 mm bis 36 mm. Enthalten sind die Toleranzbereiche für den Loch- und den Außendurchmesser sowie für die Dicke. Weiters sind die technischen Lieferbedingungen festgelegt. Ein Bezeichnungsbeispiel ist angeführt. Diese Scheiben sind für Fälle vorgesehen, bei denen Teile aus weichem Werkstoff oder Werkstücke mit großen Durchgangslöchern verschraubt werden.
