Dieses Dokument legt ein allgemeines Prüfverfahren zum Bestimmen des spezifischen elektrischen Widerstandes bzw. der spezifischen elektrischen Leitfähigkeit eines wässrigen Pigmentextraktes fest. Das Verfahren ist für alle Pigmente und Füllstoffe anwendbar, außer für Pigmente, die in Wasser löslich sind. Der spezifische Widerstand eines wässrigen Pigmentextraktes wird als eine von der Menge des wasserlöslichen Materials unabhängige Eigenschaft angesehen. Falls vereinbart, kann ein Kaltextraktionsverfahren angewendet werden.
