Dieser Teil von ISO 801 legt ein Verfahren zur Bestimmung der Trockenmasse von Zellstoffbogen in Ballen und Versand in Form von Großballen für die Berechnung des Handelsgewichtes fest. Das Verfahren ist für alle Arten von Zellstoffbogen in Ballen anwendbar, die in Form von Großballen versendet werden. Es ist nicht anwendbar für Zellstofflagen in Ballen oder für einzeln versandte Zellstoffbahnen. Bei Beispiel für ein vollständiges Zertifikat der Untersuchung und die entsprechenden Berechnungen sind im Anhang A zusammengestellt. Anhang B informiert über Einzelheiten der Ausrüstung zur Markierung der Lage von Probebogen in den Durchschnittsprobeballen.
