In dieser Norm ist ein Verfahren zur Bestimmung der Aufweitfähigkeit festgelegt für Rohre aus metallischen Werkstoffen mit kreisförmigem Querschnitt. Diese Norm sollte für Rohre mit einem Außendurchmesser nicht größer als 150 mm (100 mm für Leichtmetalle) und einer Wanddicke nicht größer als 10 mm angewendet werden.
