Dieses Dokument legt ein Feldverfahren zum Bestimmen der Oberflächendichte verschiedener wasserlöslicher Salze auf Stahloberflächen durch konduktometrische Bestimmung vor und/oder nach der Oberflächenvorbereitung fest. Die einzelnen Oberflächendichten der Salzzusammensetzung von Chloriden, Sulfaten, Natrium usw. können nach diesem Verfahren nicht bestimmt werden. Dieses Verfahren erfasst nur Verunreinigungen, die einen Elektrolyten (Ionen) bilden, wenn sie mit Wasser in Kontakt kommen. Diese stellen den größeren Teil der Verunreinigungen dar.
