Dieser Teil der ÖNORM ISO 8780 legt ein Verfahren zum Dispergieren von Pigmenten und Füllstoffen mit einem Hochgeschwindigkeitsrührer fest. Es ist anzuwenden in Verbindung mit den in ÖNORM ISO 8781 beschriebenen Beurteilungsverfahren unter Verwendung eines vereinbarten Bindemittelsystems und sollte zusammen mit ÖNORM ISO 8780-1 gelesen werden. Dieses Prüfverfahren beschränkt sich auf Dispergieransätze mit höherer Viskosität, die entweder durch hohe Bindemittel- und/oder hohe Pigmentkonzentration bedingt ist und hohe Scherkräfte bewirkt. Es ist nicht als Verfahren zur Ausarbeitung von Produktionsansätzen gedacht.
