Diese ÖNORM beschreibt ein Verfahren zur Bestimmung des Wasser-Extrakts von Tee. Der lösliche Anteil wird aus der Untersuchungsprobe des Produktes durch Kochen unter Rückfluß extrahiert. Nach Filtration, Waschen und Trocknen wird der heißwasserunlösliche Rückstand gewogen. Anschließend wird der Wasser-Extrakt berechnet.
