Tato mezinarodni norma urcuje metodu pro stanoveni rozdeleni velikosti castic kovovych prasku prosevanim za sucha do velikostnich frakci. Metoda je pouzitelna pro suche prasky bez prisady mazadel, ale neni pouzitelna pro prasky, jejichz morfologie se znacne odlisuje od rovnoosych tvaru, napriklad pro prasky listkoviteho tvaru. Tato metoda neni pouzitelna pro prasky s velikosti castic zcela, nebo prevazne pod 45 |µm.|
