V1.1.1 Tento dokument se zabývá požadavky na komunikační zařízení pro komunikaci mezi osobami a s orgány/organizacemi, nevládními organizacemi (NGO) a médii v průběhu tísňových situací, nezahrnuje však varovné komunikace.
