Tato evropská norma uvádí metodu pro stanovení tixotropie výrobků a systémů určených k ochraně výztuže. Při zkoušce se materiál nanese na dvě ocelové desky, přičemž jedna se po nanesení uloží vodorovně a druhá svisle. Po 24 hodinách se změří tloušťka povlaku při horní a při spodní hraně svisle uložené desky a při hranách vodorovně uložené desky. Výsledkem je hodnota tixotropie vypočtená na základě změřených tlouštěk
