Tato norma předepisuje metodu měření doby tuhnutí hydraulicky tuhnoucí podlahové stěrkové hmoty po namíchání. Doba tuhnutí se stanoví pozorováním průniku jehly do směsi podlahové stěrkové hmoty a zaznamenáním doby potřebné k dosažení předepsané hodnoty průniku. Stěrková hmota se charakterizuje počáteční (průnik do hloubky 4 mm) a konečnou (průnik do hloubky 0,5 mm) dobou tuhnutí. Výsledky se vyjádří v minutách.
