Tato evropská norma specifikuje metodu pro stanovení ochratoxinu A (OTA) v krmivech cereálního původu, při použití imunoafinitního předčištění následovaného kapalinovou chromatografií s fluorescenční detekcí. OTA se ze zkoušeného materiálu extrahuje pomocí směsi methanolu - 3% vodný roztok uhličitanu sodného. Extrakt se zfiltruje, zředí pomocí PBS a přečistí pomocí imunoafinitních kolonek (IAC). Přečištěný OTA se eluuje z IAC nejprve methanolem a následně vodou, doplní se vodou na stanovený objem a kvantifikuje se pomocí HPLC s fluorescenční detekcí
