uvádí zásady a pravidla pro určení charakteristických a dalších reprezentativních hodnot zatížení, která se mají uvažovat během provádění pozemních a inženýrských staveb. Jsou zde také uvedena pravidla pro stanovení zatížení, která se mohou použít pro navrhování pomocných stavebních konstrukcí potřebných pro provádění pozemních a inženýrských staveb. Popisuje se zde několik typů staveništních zatížení. Dočasné návrhové situace mohou být spojeny s nominální dobou trvání rovnou nebo delší, než je předpokládaná doba trvání uvažované etapy výstavby. Kromě dočasných návrhových situací se zde uvádějí pokyny pro mimořádnou a seizmickou návrhovou situaci. Příloha A poskytuje doplňující ustanovení pro provádění pozemních staveb a mostů. Příloha B uvádí pokyny pro určení zatížení při stavebních úpravách, rekonstrukcích a demolicích.
