přejímá evropskou normu EN 1998-5:2004 Eurokód 8: Navrhování konstrukcí odolných proti zemětřesení - Část 5: Základy, opěrné a zárubní zdi a geotechnická hlediska včetně jejích příloh A až F. Tato pátá část je určena pro navrhování a provádění základů pozemních staveb a konstrukcí zatížených zeminou v seizmických podmínkách.
