Norma uvádí požadavky na vlastnosti lepicích listů, které jsou určeny zejména jako spojovací listy s lamináty odpovídajícími IEC 61249-2-7 při výrobě vícevrstvých desek podle IEC 62326-4. Tento materiál může být rovněž použit jako spojovací pro další typy laminátů. Lepicí list odpovídající této normě má definovanou hořlavost (zkouška vertikálního hoření). Stupně hořlavosti zcela vytvrzeného lepicího listu se dosáhne použitím bromovaných retardérů hoření jako nedílné součásti polymerní struktury. Po vytvrzení lepicího listu podle pokynů dodavatele je definovaná teplota skelného přechodu minimálně 120 °C.
