Tato norma uvádí zkušební postupy pro zkoušení stability tranzistorů řízených polem (MOSFET) při kombinovaném namáhání napětím a teplotou. Při dlouhodobém namáhání zvýšenou teplotou a napětím G-S dochází k degradaci MOSFET, klesá saturační proud a vzrůstá absolutní hodnota prahového napětí. Zaváděná IEC 62373 představuje celkem 27 stran anglického a francouzského textu.
