Touto jedenáctou částí normy se zavádí ST SEV 3009-81 Výrobky zpracování ovoce a zeleniny. Metody stanovení popela a jeho zásaditosti, jako ČSN, jíž se pro potřeby ČSSR (ČSFR) popř.
