Evropská norma EN 13454 pro pojiva, kompozitní pojiva a průmyslově vyráběné maltové směsi pro podlahové potěry ze síranu vápenatého sestává ze dvou částí: Část 1: Definice a požadavky a Část 2: Zkušební metody. Část 1 se týká pojiv, kompozitních pojiv a průmyslově vyráběných maltových směsí ze síranu vápenatého určených k použití ve vnitřních stavebních podlahových konstrukcích. Tato norma také zahrnuje požadavky na průmyslově vyráběné maltové směsi pro podlahové potěry uvedené v EN 13813. Tato norma se netýká provádění potěrů. Podlahové potěry vyrobené z výrobků, které splňují požadavky této normy, mohou přispět k tepelné a zvukové izolaci podlah a jejich ochraně proti ohni.
