Touto normou se zavádí ST SEV 221-75 Převodovky s ozubenými koly všeobecného použití. Převodová čísla jako čs. státní norma, jíž se pro potřeby tehdejší ČSSR (ČSFR), resp. ČR norma RVHP doplňovala o tři články nesouvisící s ochranou zdraví. Tato norma se vztahuje na převodovky s ozubenými koly všeobecného použití, tvořící samostatný celek a stanoví pro ně jmenovité hodnoty převodových čísel. ČSN 03 1013 byla schválena 19.10.1976 a nabyla účinnosti od 1.1.1979. Nahrazuje část I. ČSN 03 1002 z 22.10.1970
