Tato norma je českou verzí evropské normy EN ISO 6410-1:1996. Evropská norma EN ISO 6410-1:1996 má status české technické normy. Oznámení o schválení: Text mezinárodní normy ISO 6410-1:1993 byl přijat CEN jako evropská norma bez jakýchkoliv změn. (ČSN EN) ISO 6410 sestává z následujících částí: Část 1: Všeobecně, Část 2: Závitové vložky a Část 3: Zjednodušené zobrazování.
